Experience / Projects

My core competency lies in the realm of user experience research and have worked in multiple verticals. I have also worked on innovation projects applying human-centred design for design research thinking in the areas of sexual and reproductive health, financial inclusion, consumer services etc. I am proficient in a variety of research methods including depth interview, focus group, ethnography observation, surveys, contextual inquiry, persona study, field and diary studies.
