I have over 30 years of demonstrated excellence in hotel operations and coaching individuals and teams. After a 13 year tenure with the Taj Hotels, I forayed into Learning and Development, where I have been associated with a diverse cross section of industry. My forte lies in my ability to connect with any level of audience and instill a sense of self worth and confidence even in the most reticent of participants.
